Q: How do I book a party with you?
A: You can book a party with us by clicking here by filling out a contact form on our website or by emailing us.

Q: Can you accommodate large groups of children?
A: Yes, we can accommodate large groups of children up to 25 kids

Q: Which areas do you cover?
A: We cover Vancouver, Downtown up to Abbotsford area

Q: Are your party planners experienced with children's parties?
A: Yes, our party planners have experience with planning and executing a variety of children's parties.

Q: Can you provide party favors for the children?
A: Yes, we can provide party favors for the children that are age-appropriate and in line with the theme of the party.

Q: Can you provide food for the party?
A: No, we don't provide food for the party, but we can refer you to a caterer if you would like.

Q: How far in advance should I book my party?
A: We recommend booking your party at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure that we can accommodate your desired date and time. The minimum timeframe is one week in advance (including weekends)

Q: What if I have to cancel my party?
A: Please refer to our cancelation/refund policy by clicking here

Q: Do caregivers need to provide anything on the day of the party?
A: Caregivers do not need to provide any specific materials or help out for any of the activities. Our party planners will take of all that! We do recommend that caregivers have a safe space where the parties can be carried out.  A disposable table cloth and a garbage bag nearby will be helpful. Water may be asked for the some of the activities. 

Q: Applicable transportation fees?
A: There are no transportation fees if you reside with a 30 km radius of downtown Vancouver.

Q: How will I know my birthday booking has been confirmed?
A: We will review your request, and send a confirmation email within 3 business days.
